Directors Training: Preparing Leaders for Tommorrow's Risks

27–28 October 2025

We are delighted to invite senior executives in the insurance, pensions, and financial sectors to a high-level Directors Training, part of the 2025 Retreat.

This high-impact Training will be held under the theme “Preparing Leaders for Tomorrow’s Risks: Future-proofing the Insurance Ecosystem through Human-Centered Policies and Products.” This immersive two-day session, scheduled for 27–28 October 2025, is tailored for board members, CEOs, and senior regulators from both the commercial and governmental insurance and pensions sectors.
Delivered in partnership with the Fletcher Leadership Program for Financial Inclusion (FLPFI) at the Fletcher School, the graduate school of global affairs at Tufts University, USA. The training will equip participants with practical frameworks for inclusive, evidence-based policy and product development. The program blends peer exchange, participatory learning, and application of FLPFI’s proven Eight Question Method (8QM) for policy innovation. Participants will gain hands-on experience in problem diagnosis, stakeholder analysis, solution generation, and strategic negotiation.

Led by global experts from the Fletcher School, the training empowers participants to strengthen ESG governance, enhance their leadership and persuasion capabilities, and navigate emerging risks such as cybersecurity, sustainability mandates, and regulatory disruption. Through real-world case studies, cross-jurisdictional learning, and structured dialogue, attendees will sharpen their strategic oversight and deepen their impact on inclusive insurance development.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion jointly issued by FLPFI and ACISP, recognizing their commitment to governance excellence and forward-looking leadership. As a core module of the 2025 Directors’ Retreat, this training marks a pivotal step in preparing leaders to design people-centered, future-ready solutions for an evolving insurance and pensions ecosystem.
